So, I recently came to my senses and realized I wasn't making ANY progress on scrapping our March 2012 WDW trip. So, I took a "trip" to Mousescrappers to see if there were any interesting challenges to participate in to get my creative juices flowing! Hooray for three! The first one was a Scraplift challenge and I chose to scraplift a LO that used both B&W AND color pop elements in one single photo. The photo I chose to scrap was taken while visiting "Morocco" in Epcot park and thought that the effect worked well with the theme of the LO!

The second challenge was for a Template challenge, which I always love because I get a new template to play with in the process! I used photos from the new movie "Brave" and from when Ava and I went to see it the other night. We LOVED it! Then again, you can read more about it below...

Those are always fun because you never know what exactly the challenges will be as it varies week from week. The hostess this time decided to focus on the "4th of July" and make it all about "fours". We had to use four of this and four of that (but only ONE hidden Mickey!). I tried to get as creative as I could, including use the word "thump" four times somewhere on the LO - both in the journaling and in the title! I used photos from when we met Miss Bunny at Camp Minnie-Mickey. Read on below: |
